Physical goods are shipped within South Africa only. We do not ship physical products outside South Africa.
1. Digital goods
Digital products are delivered instantly via a secure signed download link or equivalent mechanism. No shipping charges apply to digital items.
2. Couriers and delivery times (physical)
We use Pudo and The Courier Guy (or comparable carriers). Estimated times after dispatch: Gauteng 1–2 business days; other major cities 2–3 business days; rural or outlying areas 4–7 business days. Estimates are not guarantees.
3. Tracking
Tracking information is provided by email and in your account under /account/orders.
4. Risk of loss
Risk passes to you upon dispatch and confirmation of shipment, except where the CPA or carrier terms provide otherwise.
5. Undeliverable packages
Parcels held by the carrier are typically held for 5 business days. If still undeliverable, the parcel may be returned to CyberStudios. We will notify you; refunds may be issued minus shipping costs where permitted.
6. Out of stock
If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer a backorder or full refund.
